Luke Morbey Personal Training & Therapy, and I wish you every success on your journey. 

Please see below the terms and conditions that you agree to abide by during your time using the services we provide. You will be asked to sign an agreement to solidify this. 



Your agreement is with your personal trainer (the “Trainer”) who will deliver your training and treatment sessions. The Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) outlined here form part of your agreement with the Trainer, who you understand is self-employed and you are entering a contract with them alone.
You will be required to accept all the outlined T&C’s before you will permitted to commence with your personal training/treatment and thus become a client (a “Client” or “You”). This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Trainers Obligations 

Before commencing your training and/or treatment (a “Session”), the Trainer will consider your lifestyle, personal goals, medical history and fitness levels through a Fitness Test. The Trainer will only be able to provide the coaching, supervision and advice to achieve your goals, but any results are of your own doing and you understand this.

From this, You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed, and will depend entirely on your effort and co-operation both within and outside the Session.

You also understand that results may vary from what is desired and no particular result can be guaranteed by the Trainer. 

All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. 




Your Obligations 

You as a client also have several obligations in line with your training.

You must ensure that all sessions are paid for in advanced at the start of the month & have an active account with GoCardless for your agreed package. Cheques will not be accepted. You understand that purchasing blocks of sessions often provides a discount, but individual sessions are charged at full price unless you present a valid promotion or offer.
All services are subject to price change each year for which you will be notified at least 30 days before any changes are made.

Price changes will be based on trainer development, current rates of inflation and additional services being provided.
Contact is accepted outside of training hours, but please ensure that it is not excessive as unlimited contact and support does not mean instant contact.

I have the right to withdraw any client on the basis of breaking a working client relationship. 

It is the responsibility of the Trainer to uphold qualification & insurance, you have the right to ask at any time to see proof of qualification for your peace of mind. 


Cancellations and Refunds 

To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If this notice is not given, you will be charged the agreed payment price for the session or treatment. 

Refunds are only given on remaining services you have not yet received. 

Any exemptions to the above will be at the discretion of your Trainer. 

Lateness Policy 

Any session where you are 15 or more minutes late without notice or do not turn up will be classed as a cancelled session, and will follow the same policy as above.

Health and Safety 

Health and Safety is the responsibility of the facility's staff and your Trainer will not be held liable. The Trainer is subject to frequent Risk Assessments within his work place to ensure your safety. 


The Trainer has the right to cancel or reschedule with 6 hours’ notice. If the Trainer cancels within the 6 hours prior to your session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund or credit if your session is pre-paid. 

The Trainer has the right to amend the T&C’s at any time. You will be given 7 full days’ notice of any changes. 

You are responsible for your marketing preferences and contact details being up to date with the trainer. In order to comply with Data Protection Act 1998, the Trainer will only do what you ask them to in relation to marketing, and all Client data is held in confidence, and for 3 years following the last session you have had. 

Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a Session means you consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. 

This agreements is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
