Your agreement is with your Personal Trainer (the "Trainer" or "Coach") who will deliver your training, coaching and treatment's.

The Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) outlined here form part of your agreement with the Trainer, who you understand is self-employed and you are entering a contract with them alone.
You accept all the outlined T&C’s before you commence with your personal training, coaching/treatment and thus become a client (a “Client” or “You”).

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Trainers Obligations 

Before commencing your training, Coaching and/or treatment (a “Session”), the Trainer will consider your lifestyle, personal goals, medical history and fitness levels through a Fitness Test. The Trainer will only be able to provide the coaching, supervision and advice to achieve your goals, but any results are of your own doing and you understand this.

From this, You understand that the results of any fitness programme can not be guaranteed, and will depend entirely on your actions, effort and co-operation.

You also understand that results may vary from what is desired and no particular result can be guaranteed by the Trainer. 

All Client contact information will be kept strictly private, confidential & not shared with other entities. 

Your Obligations 

You as a client also have several obligations in line with your coaching.

You must ensure that all services are paid for in advanced at the start of the month.

You must have an active account with GoCardless or a standing order for your agreed package.
All services are subject to price change each year for which you will be notified at least 30 days before any changes are made.

Price changes will be based on trainer development, current rates of economic inflation and additional services/support being provided.
Additional contact is encouraged outside of training days, but please ensure that it is not excessive as unlimited contact and support does not mean instant contact.

I have the right to withdraw any client on the basis of breaking a working client relationship. 

It is the responsibility of the Trainer to uphold qualification & insurance, you have the right to ask at any time to see proof of qualification for your peace of mind. 


Cancellations, Refunds & Lateness

To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.

If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged the agreed payment price for that service. 

Refunds are only given on remaining services you have not yet received. 

Any exemptions to the above will be at the discretion of your Trainer. 

Lateness Policy 

Any session where you are 15 plus minutes late without notice or do not turn up will be classed as a cancelled session, and will follow the same policy as above. 

Any exemptions to the above will be at the discretion of your Trainer.

The Trainer has the right to cancel or reschedule with 6 hours’ notice. If the Trainer cancels within the 6 hours prior to your session, you will be offered a reschedule


Health and Safety 

Health and Safety is the responsibility of the facility's staff and your Trainer will not be held liable.

The Trainer is subject to ensuring safe practice of gym equipment to keep the client(s) safe.

The Trainer has the right to amend the T&C’s at any time. You will be given 7 full days’ notice of any changes. 

You are responsible for your contact details being up to date with the trainer.

In order to comply with Data Protection Act 1998, the Trainer will only use your information for the business, marketing. 

Your training may be filmed or have pictures taken for marketing purposes, you can refuse this option. 

This agreements is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
